The recipe for burnt cheesecake from The Social Food

To celebrate the release of their first recipe book, The Social Food reveals their secret recipe for burnt cheesecake.

Duo of culinary photographers that all restaurateurs and hoteliers are snapping up, Shirley and Mathieu, at the head of The Social Food account, are publishing a beautiful recipe book this fall. Fruit of their culinary research during the first confinement and inspired by their trips to Japan, Mexico or even Naples, the book compiles real nuggets, easy to make at home, impeccably explained by the tandem, and staged in a refined decor of very good taste. Among the star recipes? Udon pasta in all forms, revisited English breakfasts, sushi… Or even a burnt cheesecake from the Basque Country, here is an exclusive overview.
